Where a person is real ghetto and dresses really obnoxious and excessively showy with lots of bling and/or has a mouth full of gold.

People are also gaudy-ghetto when they talk that hood-talk.

A person (usually female) who is only pretending to be very rich, flashy and over-the-top.

"Hey Gene, what ever happened with that girl who drove that expensive car?"
"Man, Gaudette Fraudette was driving her brother's car - she asked me for so many rides after that, I told her I was gonna charge her - never heard from her again."

"He told me he was taking me on a cruise, then went all gaudette fraudette and cancelled cuz he was broke."
