An adjective describing a person who got too drunk at a formal event, usually in a professional setting, when getting that drunk is inappropriate.
For example, a medical school class puts on a function for students and professors to celebrate the end of the year, and the students are falling over from taking advantage of the open bar.

Hym "Someone just made a video questioning whether or not video games were a waste of time... I don't know. I saw the title pop up in my feed... My response is: It's about as much of a waste of time as reading a book. That's (essentially) what a video-game IS. A book were you have to complete random objectives to unlock the rest of the story.
