This Male nurse starts his shift at midnight, he's on midnight shift because no one can stand to be around him. He comes in my room pulls a perfectly fine IV line and starts poking around to get another started after an hour he finally stands up and says look I got it. The whole time he's doing this he is standing on my oxygen tube making noises with it. Dumbulldorf is a polite way of calling someone a Shithead or a Dumbass by combining the the words
