I can't believe no one made a definition of this but drowned cucumber are pickles. cucumbers drowned in vinegar becomes a solid pickle, sweet and savory.

Letting life's struggles, uncertainties, or arch nemesis (seal) get the best of you. Losing the challenges life throws at you and ultimately drowning (suicide) in deep waters like a seal does to its prey.

Drowned Outrage

A phenomenon on social media and forums where many people complain about an outrage but never see any evidence for said outrage. This usually happens when a small minority opinion gets blown up with hyperbole and overshadowed by the counter-outrage.
Sometimes, the counter-outrage will also be overshadowed by people realizing they can't find the original outrage.

Where are the people they're complaining about? This has to be some drowned outrage.
