conjoined twin

Someone who is born as a twin that is attached to the other twin in some way. Over 50% of all conjoined twins die at childbirth. Many others don't live to be 10. However, doctors can seperate conjoined twins but the procedure is very risky.

Michael and Matthew are conjoined twins. They are joined at the head and may never seperate.
