chak de phatte

Chak De Phatte -though loosely translated as pick up the floorboards is more of a war cry than a housekeeping call. The origins of the phrase lie in the times when the Khalsa i.e. the original warrior Sikhs were formed, they would cross canals and attack Mughal camps in a blitzkrieg attack and then just as they came would retreat leaving the enemy helpless. The sport of tent pegging also evolved from this camp raiding where the riders would remove the pegs of the tents trapping the occupants under, what then used to b a very heavy fabric. While escaping back to their base the Khalsa warriors would dismantle any temporary bridges constructed by them (made out of "Phatte") to prevent the Mughals from chasing them and sometimes to prevent the enemy from escaping, hence the cry "Chak De Phatte". The phrase then acquired the meaning: to complete the route. And is now used as in the figure of "Bring the house down!".

Also known as Carcass Marcus or COVID Carky. A Carky Marky appears everywhere especially when you don’t want to see them. They are the life of the party but have little to no social skills. At night they cry into a pillow because they have no friends but “the boys” which is their cult. They have crystal and Jesus fetishes. If you know one don’t let them go, they spice stuff up.

Chaikao

A chaikao is an animal that resembles an ox mixed with a jungle rat and weighs approximately 80 pounds. They are 1 foot high and 2 feet long. They are strong, terrible creatures that will tear off your nee caps and damage your lungs if you come near their babies (Chaikousourisings). They live in city sewers - especially in New York. They are very fast, nocturnal animals. Sometimes if you see a shadow wisp by, it was probably a Chaikao.

"Why u coming at my friends like a chaikao?" "Dare u disturb my slumber?! How I ought to be a chaikao all day now..."
