Acronym for "Couch to 5K", the process of changing from a couch potato to a runner capable of completing a 5 kilometer race.

I got the C25K app for my iPhone; now I'm on Week 5.

C2V3 

To "Man Up" and fulfill ones duty. To stand up for what you believe in, arise and awaken the fighting spirit within you (not necessarily physical fighting).

Also used as a reminder of what our ancestors have all fought for and stood up for over thousands of years and to not allow their memory to be washed away so easily.

Taken from the Hindu scripture the 'Bhagavad Gita', Chapter 2 Verse 3: 'Do not yield to unmanliness, this is not worthy of you. Give up this base weakness of heart and arise!'

Not always used in a religious context, but for general uplifting of state of mind and attitude.

Person A: "You know, I'm not sure if I can do this, it seems a bit difficult.."
Person B: "This isn't difficult. You think it's difficult because you're scared. C2V3!"

C2C Ratio 

Stands for 'Cunt to Cock Ratio' and refers to the ratio of women to men at a given event. It is rarely given as an actual number but its favourability is often discussed.

Person 1: "Hey, did you get any lovin' at Dave's party last night?"
Person 2: "Nah, his C2C ratio was shocking. Far too cock heavy."

Person 1: "What're you up to on Saturday night? Fancy coming to a housewarming party we're throwing?"
