The word Buttnar and what or who it actually describes is still veiled in much mystery. It is believed that "Buttnar" is a type of shape shifter with the ability to travel instantaniously through common multidemional wormholes. While Buttnar may be a singular being, person, and even speculated as a demon, there currently is no definitive proof confirming this. The controversial shroud surrounding Buttnar as one or many entities is most commonly attributed to its shapeshifting nature and the inability to be seen in only one form.
