Bullcrastinating

The lack of action or bullshitting also known as procrastination with a lame excuse behind it.

My mother takes forever to do anything because she is always bullcrastinating. She was supposed to pick me up hours ago but still has yet to get ready for talking about irrelevant bullshit.

Official Bullcap

When someone calls cap you can call "Official Bullcap" basically means they are just calling cap because they feel insecure. However once "Official Bullcap" is called you need to prove it within your own given timeframe. Once set you cannot change your deal. If refused the person surrenders to their own insecurities automatically

I call cap! You did not fuck your girl! Bullcap! I make it official! Ill bring her here and she can tell you how good it felt!
