You are Booker DeWiit who has to find a girl to wipe away a gamblimg debt it takes place in Columbia a city in the sky that succeeded from the union, so the best way to describe the people that live there are The Flying Racist!!! and the best part of the game is that you get to shoot them on the face with carabines, hand cannons, shot guns, sniper rifles or you can make them shoot themselves on the face with Vigors!!! another awesome type of weapon in this game.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 2= Had 20 hollywood writers and still had a shitty story
BioShock Infinite = A couple of creative people and it had a one of the most original story on gaming
