Biological family. This is the family your stuck with because you're related. This sets them apart from our ideal family which may contain friends not related to us. Many people have close friends who are like a father, brother, sister, etc. to them and are thus thought of like a family.

Biofemphobics tend to use menopause, hysterectomies, and or Amenorrhoea as an excuse to assume biological women don't experience and are the proprietors of womanhood. Biofemphobia is usually practiced by MtF trans-women and their supporters.
