A Chihuahua. Not even close to a real dog. They constantly tremble and shiver and lick their dicks.

For decades,breeders and pet stores have been passing off Mexican bug-eyed barking rats as dogs and calling them Chihuahuas

Dogs are barking

Feet hurt. This is an old expression, typically associated with the South and especially concentrated around the Appalachian Mountain chain. Older usage didn't connote smelly or dirty feet, just sore feet.

There is a brand of shoe called "Hush Puppy" and it's is named that as a reference to the expression, "My dogs are barking." In the case of the shoe, Hush Puppies are supposedly so comfortable they can quiet your puppies - that is, stop your feet from hurting.

After walking the mall all day, my dogs are barking.

Another word to describe an extreme level of drunk someone is or was previously. It combines the definitions from belligerent and shit-gunned to explain the intoxicated actions of an individual.

Last night that man was blarin' so hard, he tripped and fell down the stairs leaving the house.
