A person who can make anybody laugh. They usually hang out with the skaters or punks, but is hated by no one for some odd reason. They also tend to be in bands. They can be seen trying to embarrass their friends, making fun at preps as they walk by, and trying to pretend someone they aren't purposely for laughs.

UKK is a hacker/raiding group owned by BillalAi right now. It used to be called KONA a long time ago but it doesn't matter because it's made by a bunch of skidders who can't do shit other than using IP grabbers. All they do is skid code. A bunch of new-gens joined UKK and that just makes their group even worse.
