When someone blatantly reads, views, or watches something over your shoulder, from behind or in a way that you can not see them without your consent or knowledge. Most cases it is something on your phone or computer but can be an email, text message, letter, newspaper, etc.

Chris was shoulder hustling all day and would proceed to comment on emails on my computer screen.

A type of people(usually men) who spend a lot of their days rewatching the "Attack on Titan" anime series. The ethnicity of such people are seldom Filipino or generally Asian. Often prefer to perform "Rick Roll" jokes (which they are being bashed out for) and listening to a group band named "Arctic Monkeys".
