Nowadays if you're too proud to ask for a handout, they've made it so that you can't also be too proud to wear a mask or get a vaccine and keep your job. One way or the other, people are forced into doing what they are told these days, or ending up with no home.

You can only be too proud to ask for a handout when it's still an option among other options. When you're backed in a corner, there's not much you can face head on, even if you're the kind of person that would still try anyway.

Hagdom

an infamous kpop 2nd gen focused discord server (but lets be real there were more aespa stans than sones in there) that was short-lived but had some of the best memories associated with it. at its peak it had around 500 members but then it got raided due to allegations that i will not be disclosing. some of the allegations were true and some were not but long story short alot of people got massed kicked/banned and then the server died. the server was highkey homophobic too but i guess we'll let that slide. all that is left now is a shell of what it used to be, RIP Hagdom you will be sorely missed.
