Makoto Hooters

The hit server Makoto Hooters is a private server on Discord, a social platform to chat over text and voice. It is well over a year old and is used daily, with a few constantly active members and many more somewhat less active members. While the server started off small, it’s grown a bit of a fandom of its own, and is quite notorious for its interesting members and constantly humorous chats.
