High Weather

High Weather is called, "High Weather" for a reason. This happens when so many Californians spot pot (AKA Marijuana) and the smoke emissions from all the dope, travels through the wind currents and make mother-nature high. This event can happen wherever lots of weed is being smoked... An Example of High Weather is its sunny, then cloudy, then rainy, then sunny--- in a span of an hour.

Norwegian weather

Another phrase for really bad weather. Its obvious origin is the typical weather of Norway, a small country in northern Europe. Norwegian weather can refer to cold weather, heavy rain or wind, snow, or any combination of these (most common)
