Site Lead is a MNC coined job title for the incompetent person who they should have made Managing Director of the business but per experience had to choose her/him as the head of the business who operationally manages the Site and nothing more than that. All the decisions are made by their global counterpart.
Michael Scott is a great Site Lead. He is good with office operations and throwing parties. Poor guy, can't take shots, his decisions are made by his boss sitting in San Diego.

Typically common with boomers and most of early gen x as most of the products they used back in the day were lead based (i.e. paint, toys, utensils) this causes an issue with attention span, how the world perceives you, and personal relationships as these people tend to have no souls. Similar to the 1000 yard stare.
this term pretty much means ur old, alone, and hate the world you live in
All though they’re known to terrorize minimum wage workers and anybody under the age of 25, these people are not in the same category as Karens. Often times these people will stare and disassociate during conversations with others & take extra time to process information.

It is typically used to mean that someone has obtained useful information that will help them to progress in a venture or task.
1."We finally got a lead on a girl"
2. "I've been looking for a job for weeks, but now I've got a lead from an old classmate on a potential opportunity."
3. "We will get a lead on this case soon"

a term to describe an out of touch/delusional/stupid elderly person, that acts weird. "lead paint stare" is something some old people have, making them look like they're not really there, said to be an effect of lead poisoning.
why its used to describe old people is because someone near the age of your grandmother, most likely had their walls painted with paint, which contains lead, hence the lead poisoning.
shorter version: old fella has wall paint with lead, and it makes him act and look weird.
