Someone who was given a degree without meeting requirements or credits in the name of inclusion and race.

Woke colleges dropped standards and expectations of learning to enable more ethnicities to graduate as Biden Scholars while their peers actually have to hit those bench marks. Ted is a doctor but he came in last in his class. But you don’t need to know that. Scalpel!
