A Glasgow Rangers fan, or follower of said team. Who follows Glasgow Rangers FC is said in Scotland to be a member of the Manky Mob.

Used in general terms - it means an unwashed and smelly person of low birth and of extremely low intelligence.

Members who sing the Sash and No surrender are regarded, even by their own members as the Mankiest of them all.

In Glasgow, children and even old folk will automatically spit in the face of these Scummers and Gadgeys!

A Supporter of Glasgow Rangers Football club. They are generally refered to as one of the Manky Mob.

So unimportant they have to put Glasgow before their name.

Originating in the 408, San Jose, California; this term can be used as a noun or an adjective. Hoot mob describes a person, group or object that is lame, straight-edge, a scrub or anything that you wouldnt want near your crew. When used as a noun it can be shortened to Hoot, usually used as a slight against someone or something.
