On being "Lots of llamas arrested"
The other being "laugh out loud...a lot".

So you say either when you are laughing out loud a lot, or when lots of llamas are being arrested.

v. means laugh out loud aardvarks. usually said in some kind of AIM/AOL conversation. aardvark is used in place of zerbras or giraffes because everyone knows how hilarious aardvarkds are!
