"Kerr" is an up and coming gang, starting in the New York City area that is anti-illuminati. There are certain levels of what type of kerr you can be, and can be changed at any time through "demotions". You can recognize people in this group by their random shouts of kerr kur and their "kerr" conversations, which are very recognizable.

Someone sneezes.

"Kerr."

"What?"

"Kerr."

*this can be a confusing concept, as only people in the "kerr" know the exact meaning.
