Kim's inability to go out on a date with Bill by meeting up at Starbucks was pretty much bogus. In fact the whole thing was total bogosity.

Refers to a person (usually male) who is quick to observe a woman's boobs (big or small/exposed or not). Almost always able to guess the cup size, age, and realness of the boobs just by looking. This person is also very easily distracted by them, ESPECIALLY during conversations!!

The other day at school, I had some great ideas to share but I don't know how much he heard because he is a BOOBSERVANT!!!
