When a toilet bowl is filled with urine, feces, vomit, blood, and semen before being flushed, all delivered from the same individual. Usually accomplished by lustful bulimic men, who find temporary solace in their sorrowful and lonely lives through self-mutilation. Quince or DQ for short.

Entry for 7.17.08: Caught eye contact with Melissa for a moment at work, before she immediately raised her newly bejeweled hand to her face, signaling the obvious. Her embrace would be lovely, but her subtle rejection stings.
