A person male or female whose normal decent appearance has declined rapidly in a short period of time due to hard living, drug/alcohol consumption, homelessness, and/or poor personal hygiene. Their face can appear decades older than their actual age. Wrinkles, dark spots, rough skin texture, toothless, bad body odor, ragged clothes.
