palakhcheh

palakhcheh (or spelled like palakhche) is the act when something or somebody changes states repeatedly for example when you see a blinking light you say wow that light is palakhchehing (palakhcheh mizane).
or when one of you friends can't sit still on a chair for a short period of time and moves constantly, you say "why can't you sit like a human and don't palakhche for a minute?" or "cheghad palakhche mizani!?"
The word is commonly used in north , north-west (shomal specially in Rasht) of Iran.

"Don't palakhcheh on my new sofa!"
"Why would you palackheh all the time?"
"Chera rahat nemishini mese adam football bebini, hamash dari palakhcheh mizani??"
"bargha zaeef shodan, cheragha hamash palakhcheh mizanan."
