Jungle Jim

This was a newspaper comic strip that first appeared in the 1930s. Later it became a radio program, a series of movies, and eventually a TV show that lasted only a single season. The movies and the TV show both starred Johnny Weissmuller (who also played Tarzan in several moves during that same period of time). Jungle Jim was a hunter, not a "noble savage" like Tarzan.

I remember visiting my cousins in Los Angeles in 1956 and watching Jungle Jim on television.

Usually used to refer to the member of a male with the names James, Jimmy, or Jim. Usually well hung and of the chivalrous and troublesome type. The Jim stick is very versitile and favors much smaller petit women who are easily man handled in the bedroom.
