Essentially the use of excessively complimenting(or bringing up a topic they like etc) a specific person, generally done with a group, or by alone

Oil-Bait(Verb): The act of Oil-baiting.

Oil-Baiting (Verb): the intentional act of performing and dabbling in cringeworthy acts and/or making genuinely cringy remarks (often including Gen-Z terms and Brain-rot )in order to evoke an annoyed reaction from the target individual

(Adjective) used to describe someone being a try-hard and just an all around asshole to the public. He/she pulls people over for going 5mph over the limit. Old ladies are not safe either
