Weak and strong is both weak and strong, rather than perfect.

I'd rather be weak and strong than just weak only. At least I got a little range without having to go get a rifle.

it is an identity, can be used as a trait, description of somebody. It can be used as a slur to belittle other(s) (typically) men, typically identified as by bottoms.

What's weak about these heterosexuals, they get confused about their sexuality too or present not in a cis passing way and might be mistaken for a homosexual.
