In hockey, another word for "fight" is tilt. "Tilt" has been shortened down to "tilly" by younger hockey players. Therefore, if it is time for a tilt, it's Tilly Time.

tennessee tilt

A terrible new vehicle trend from the millennial country kids. You take a perfectly good 4x4 truck and then you jack the front up so the headlights are in the trees and the back of your truck resembles a dog with an itchy ass, rubbing across the carpet.

Usually seen with money sign stickers and witty phrases stuck on the windshield Ricky Bobby style, you'll hear this truck before you see it. Obnoxiously loud pipes and the top 40 hip hop (or Florida Georgia Line) are common amongst the tilted crowd.
Don't worry about going off road, these trucks are not made for anything but paved roads, despite the amount of camoflauge the driver is wearing.

full tilt boogie

The superlative level of an endeavour or product, usually only applied to endeavours and products that are inherently exciting. There can be a full tilt boogie iteration of a particular line of sports cars; there is no such variant of a minivan. One can play a guitar or drum solo at full tilt boogie. It is highly doubtful that an oboeist or tuba player could so inspire a listener as to merit the description.

1) Keith was going full tilt boogie when he hit the solo on "Gimme Shelter".
2) The Screamin' Eagle is the full tilt boogie version of Harley's Fat Boy.
