(noun) when you are in the middle of speaking and you flip words in a sentence or the first letters of two words, making it sound like you can't speak English

"What are you thinking of ordering for breakfast?"
"Hmmm, I'm not quite sure but I was thinking the Trench Foast."

"Oh man, you have The Stoopids!"

"Are you on your way?"
"Yeah, I'm highway on the driving"
"You're what?!"
"I meant I'm driving on the highway... Dammit, my Stoopids are showing again"

1. To do something monumentally risky and dumb, but not care about it-because it is fun. For ex: We were about to jump out of a plane and things were going to get stoopid.

2. Getting drunk and doing something monumentally risky and dumb. For ex: We went to the party and got wasted-then things got stoopid.
3. Falling in love. For ex: They used to be cool, until they fell in love and got stoopid.

Stoop-Muffin

Pertaining to a theoretically mentally disabled girl, who is not actually diagnosed with a mental disorder, but acts like it, whom cannot for whatever reason obtain a license, and who might run into something oblivious while driving without a license. i.e. a garage.

That girl is such a stoop-muffin, I wonder what happened to her.

ME: Wow, did you see that car crash?
Person: No??
ME: Thats because she crashed into a garage... what a stoop-muffin..
