When someone puts a missleading title on a video on Youtube that halfway through switches to the music video "Never Gonna Give You Up", by Ricky Astley. Usually done right before an anticipated scene in the video.

I wanted to watch the video of the Sneezing Panda, but right before it sneezed, I got Rick rolled.

A brain-dead person who thinks its funny to deceive viewers from sites like Youtube by showing some overused music video when they expect something else.

That rick-roller was annoying. How long it take those people with their pea-sized brains that what they're doing isn't actually funny.
