A guy that Urban Dictionary wants to make you think is great. The smart part is kinda right, but the parts where he, has a large dong, is funny, would make great bf, and all the other positive things are mostly wrong. Plus he acts like he is retarded. Some good things is that he can be sort of funny, and he is sometimes a kind person and not an ass hole. I'll give them a strong 5. Also, that person is me. Or I am a cool guy and my self esteem is low. It is true though that a lot of people hate being around me.

Person 1: Hey look at that person.

Person 2: Yeah I heard that his name is Judd and that Judds are great guys according to Urban Dictionary
