I re-read Tolkien from "The Silmarillion" through "Lord of the Rings" to prepare for the movies, but I have absolutely no interest in Harry Potter. It's a total contradorktion.

contraflow

Where authorities change the direction of highway lanes to aid in the evacuation of people during a major disaster.

Since the hurricane is expected to make landfall in 48 hours, the Highway Patrol will implement contraflow on Highways 25, 40, and 65 to speed up the evacuation of residents and tourists. Traffic will only be allowd to go north on these roads during contraflow.
