1: To describe your own personal space, especially when it's one particular person you don't want there.

2: A city or town's "city limits." Used mainly for cities and town's that think they are better than their surrounding communities.

Example 1:

Dude, you're totally invading my urban boundary. Get the hell out!

Example 2:
Jimmy: Dude did you see that towns urban boundary sign?! Why can't they just say, "City Limits"???
Tommy: Yeah!! That's the gayest thing I've ever seen. They must be assholes!
