This city is 110% asian. No one knows how to drive, specially on Garfield Ave. The snapchat filter for MPK should be two cars crashing into each other.

Every time I'm in Monterey Park, I get confused as to how asians can't drive for shit but when they see a discount tag they suddenly have hawk like vision.
