When you don't text someone back (i.e. that annoying fucker you gave your number to) so NO ONE you actually want to hear from replies to your texts.

This would usually have connotations of a Dick Pic, however, it is not. In reality, a Dick Message is when you send three messages on a row which resemble that of a dick and balls.
