-Wears fitted or skinny jeans
-interested in non-profit organizations
-fohawk.
-not embarrassed to rock a satchel.
-says "mer" on a frequent basis.
-Can sing really high.

A party cardi is the attire that shows one who has true class and not swag. It is a business casual attire that an individual will wear during night time activities. Such night time activities could be up scale pub crawls, parties or entertainment establishments. Pardy Cardi's are typically worn by an individual who exemplifies proper kid problems.

Chill dude 1:Hey man, sweet pardy cardi, where are you going tonight?

Chill Dude 2: Going to that pub crawl, I hear there are a lot of classy hot ladies, I gotta look fresh but let them know I run the show.
