Slang term for the city of Philadelphia. The city and outlying suburbs have a reputation in which it's white population acts like a gangster or black rapper. Basically wannabees.

Many white people in Wiggadelphia think they are black.

Wiggasaurus 

A prehistoric animal, only lived in a couple of places, such as Malibu, North Dakota, and Djibouti. The wiggasaurus is thought to be the ancestor of the wegro, the gayro, and the egro.

wigger 

A white boy, usually suburban, who while never setting foot outside of his picturesque, white-picket fenced, SUV packed neighborhood; is somehow convienced that he shares a deep connection with the urban, black poor because he listens to Eminem and wears FUBU despite the fact that he'd be in a bodybag if he ever went near the ghetto.

The term wigger is a combination of "white" and "n-gger", thus wigger, a white-boy who thinks he is black. There are also feminine varieties of the wigger but the male is far more numerous.

Wigga 

A dumbass crew-cut/half-bald headed white guy with a backwards baseball hat on giving handsigns and talking ebonics while listening to hip/hop rap.

Could someone tell Karl Lewis of Hillsboro, Ohio that he's white, not black? For that matter all the wiggers in Highland County from Hillsboro, Greenfield, Leesburg, Lynchburg, and Mowrystown.
