n. An annoying mammal who consistantly queefs and covers it up. Also refered to ask queef brains, fuck tarts, or queef bags, a queef tart is someone (mainly female) who would refere to her friends as bitches. Not a plesent person to be around.

Me- "For real stop being such a queef tart!"
