1. (noun) Slang term describing a complicated situation in a professional setting, where there is an uncountable amount of bullshit coming one's way (usually served in a silver platter as a disguise). "Swan" is a term generally used by the receiver to discretely complain about the disguised bullshit that is being at play in the office.

2. (noun) Slang term for something/someone unattractive but somehow became very attractive on the outside, but still ugly inside.

3. (continuous verb) swanning -
When a person (usually a boss) is feeding you an uncountable amount bullshit and pretending to be nice.

4. (noun) swan lake -
When a team of people using swan tactics to cycle bullshit around, becoming a show of disguised pretty bullshit dancing around.

Supervisor to You: You've been working late lately, so hardworking and doing such a good job. If you can, why don't you finish these as well before you go? It would be a great help, thanks.
You: Okay.
Supervisor to Boss: He/she is very inefficient, always have to stay late to finish, if he/she listens it wouldn't be so much time waste. Time is money.
