A catch-all, placeholder phrase. Usually shows up under duress. Most commonly used when the speaker has no idea what the hell is going on or what he's going to do. Similar to a combination in connotation of the military FUBAR and hoo-ah.
The word hoit may have originally started as an alternate spelling.

"Aww, hoight, I have no idea--wait, here we go, I got it."

Definition: To be exteremely high on marjiuana.

Synonyms: Lifted, Baked, Stoned, Cheeched, Faded, Ripped, High, To' up etc.

I think that last bong rip really did it. I am pretty fuckin hoisted.

Best used when you are not trying to reveal just how high you truly are.
