A person (typically female) in which a single member of a band chooses to infatuate himself with for the night while on tour. A new city, a new flash bitch. She's important for the night, but gone in a flash.

Wow, the singer and that girl are really hitting it off over a few drinks. Looks like it's going well, but I'll bet she's just another flash bitch.
