Kleptocratic tendencies: widespread corruption and theft of public resources.
Plutocratic dominance: concentration of power and wealth among a small elite.
Kakistocratic incompetence: governance by the least qualified or most unscrupulous individuals.
Etymology
From "fascist" (authoritarian, nationalist ideology), "prostitute" (one who sells themselves for sex, or some other illicit act), -ocracy (from the Greek "kratos" (κράτος), meaning power or rule).
