Belleigh 

Belleigh is a female name significant to the fairy world as the name contains belle and in French means beautiful or in other words a princess, she is very open minded and kind and will have your back for 25/8 if you ever meet a Belleigh you can trust her with your whole life don't ever let her go. Belled 

When Paintless Dent Repair is performed so badly that the area where the dent was is left all lumpy, prickled-up, and generally looks like a case of vehicular herpes afterwards. Typically done either by a new, inexperienced dent technician, or by a long-time dent technician that just doesn't give a shit any more.

Sorry sir, but the tech that worked on that dent already Belled it so bad that it's going to need a body shop now.

A phrase used as a noun overall. An individual who seemlessly combines the social attributes of a "baller" (one who demonstrates a dispensable income at social gatherings which automatically lead to popularity and desirability with both the male and female members of any given social group in any given social situation) and a budget-minded individual who aspires to achieve a similar level of popularity and desirability without having a dispensable income on hand.

Have you ever seen a Pontial Fiero (1984-1988) with a Lamborghini body kit? From 100' away, it looks like a Lamborghini, but when it drives by, it sure sounds like a US Mail Delivery Van. That's a baller on a budget! ;-)
