Repeatus Everythingus 

n. Sub-species of Homo Sapiens. Characterized by their redundancy of vocal patterns, especially within a short period of time. May have a short memory or just a small vocabulary. I first heard my mom say it, but she probably got the idea from the Roadrunner and Coyote cartoons where the characters were described in such fashion (e.g. Acmeus Userus).

Come on, I know you know somebody who repeats things over again a second time.
