Patronage

The act of appointing someone to a public office for literally any reason other than their ability to hold a public office.

An example of patronage is electing a man who is clearly suffering from a mental decline, and a woman who has ruined several people's lives just because she is a woman, to get rid of a man whom you hate for no reason.

these people should not be invited to movies...

1.can also be some one who just talks too much during a movie.

2.also people who ask you a question about the movie like you've seen it before

To Patronize and Harass

Satirical phrase of "To protect and serve". Half of violent crimes go unsolved and police are worried about non violent pot smokers who want nothing more than to be left alone and have the freedom to put whatever the hell they want in their own body.

Cops should have "To patronize and harass" on their cars when they are more worried about pot smokers than violent offenders.
