Dick catfishing is when a dude sends you pictures of a dick that’s not really his or stuffs something in between his balls and dick then puts underwear on so you can see a bulge hence making his genitalia look bigger then it actually is.

I finally meet with Kaivon last night and,he totally dick catfished me so I just got dressed and left. This guy is definitely dick catfishing people with that photo, his dick is just NOT THAT BIG.

Catfish Deal

A deal that looks amazing on the outset, based on all the superlatives and phony numbers provided by it's originator, but then when you actually do your research and underwrite the deal it couldn't be further from what they described to you.

I've wasted 3 hours looking at catfish deals today and had to start unsubscribing from a ton of these horrible wholesalers and realtors who don't know what they're doing.
