used to describe a new hair cut that is quite fresh, or more specifically describing someone with a nicely-done shape-up.

A pre-ejaculate secretion produced by the bulbourethral gland. A sign of male arousal that functions to reduce acidity in the urethra in order to create a viable channel for the passage of sperm and to provide internal and external lubrication to facilitate coitus.
