The tale of Sean Tipper is an urban legend, a so called ginger-giant by the name of Sean Tipper was a sinner. He stole dirty underwear, socks, wallets, money, mp3 players, change, purses, used condoms, paper planes, shots of wisers, shots of vodka, etc... Finally, one late night at Squid Park, he got punished for the committed crimes and The Power Rangers took maters in their own hands. Since then, this wild ginger creature has not yet been noticed, but is a definite threat to all East Vancouver women in such parks as Squid Park. Be aware of the Ginger Man aka. Tippy Canoe

Anything that is really tippy or top heavy, anything that could end up on it's side or upside down easily... like a person in a canoe.
